The lawsuit said Fondomonte Arizona LLC, which reportedly has left the state, used the water to grow forage that was exported to Saudi Arabia to feed cows.

March corn is down 1 1/4 cents per bushel, January soybeans are down 1/4 cent, March KC wheat is down 1/2 cent, March Chicago wheat is down 1/4 cent and March Minneapolis wheat is down 1/2 cent.
Cattle futures received a shot in the arm Wednesday as higher cash trade developed for Northern dressed cattle. This solidified the idea that packers were short-bought. Hogs tried to rebound from the losses of Tuesday but could not find enough buying interest to hold the gains Wednesday.
