DTN COMMENTS:  A few bids are on the table in parts of Nebraska following 
the last two days of light trade. Asking prices continue to be around 
$192-plus in the South but have been pulled back in the North (in light 
of higher bids). So far this week's business has had live deals in Kansas 
and Texas marked at $191 to $192, steady to $2 higher than last week's 
weighted averages. Dressed trade in Nebraska and Iowa has been at $300, 
$3 higher than the prior week's weighted average basis Nebraska. 

Beef cutouts are higher at midday (choice 315.39 +4.16, select 280.04 
+1.93) with moderate to good box movement (54.49 lds of choice cuts, 
27.62 lds of select cuts, 0.00 lds of trim, and 10.32 lds of ground). 
Live cattle futures at the top of the noon hour are mixed, mostly lower, 
while feeder issues are mostly moderately lower.
